when i travel
my luggage 
usually remains
intact.  
i take out
what i need
and immediately
put it back. 
things left loose
and arrayed
are difficult
for me
to track. 
it’s not that
i’m averse to
sitting, staying
and unpack. 
it’s the
‘pulling-my-
shit-together
when-expected’
skill set 
that i sometimes
lack.
